Brothers who attend can expect to focus on logistics, setup and performance of all ceremonies of the Ritual. In addition to learning more about the Ritual, completing the training certifies brothers as "Ritual Peers" who are able to help Sigma Chi chapters run more effective and memorable initiations, chapter meetings along with several other ritualistic events.
